The house offers DSL connectivity with a work area – if you must; and, of course, secure Wifi is available anywhere in the house.
Every room has its own High Definition panel – YouTubeTV service.
The kitchen has the finest modern appliances with a gas cooking surface.
The dining area and living room with stone fireplace are surrounded by a panorama of woods and face down over the Lake.
We offer a gas grill for outside cooking.
Our boat dock has slips for 2 boats with tie ups for up to two additional ones for visitors.
The lake house is on deep water, making it safe to dive in and swim without fear of hitting the bottom!
Perrin Cove is a medium sized cove but, because it is off of the main body of the Lake, it too is a safe swimming area.
